Drogba's Premier League record of 7 years is shattered by Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored and assisted on a goal against Tottenham Hotspur in a game where Manchester United needed nothing less than a resounding victory. Six days prior to the match, they had suffered a humiliating setback to Liverpool and wanted to bounce back.

Since Chelsea’s Didier Drogba scored and assisted in a Premier League match at the age of 36, the Portuguese international has become the Premier League’s oldest player to do the same. Drogba, who was 36 years and 267 days old at the time, was the last player to accomplish this feat back in 2014.

Ronaldo has now scored seven goals in his last ten games for Manchester United, making him the club’s leading scorer this season. He’ll be crucial to the team’s success, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still under a lot of pressure to keep the team`s attacking form consistent.

Marcus Rashford, who also scored the game’s final goal, was substituted off in the 80th minute for the Portuguese captain.
