Solskjaer hits back at Journalists

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, during his pre-match press conference, responds to reporters about the flood of stories that circulated on social media this week.

The Norwegian was adamant in his warning to the journalists not to print lies and to always be genuine and convey the truth.

Various outlets alleged that Paul Pogba was unwilling to sign a new deal if Solskjaer remained as manager, but the reports were disproved a day later by Paul Pogba himself on his Instagram and Twitter accounts.

“We can’t stand for blatant lies, all the opinions and reports, fine, but don’t make lies about the players or me,” the Manager said.

After a humbling defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford, Solskjaer will lead his side to one of the most important games of the season, and fans will be expecting a response. They will, however, play a very poor Tottenham Hotspur team, who are only one point ahead of them in the league table.
