The board members still backing Solskjaer revealed
Early reports this morning and from other various sources have confirmed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will remain as Manchester United manager for the foreseeable future despite confirmations that he will be sacked before the game against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Fabrizio Romano revealed that Solskjaer retains strong support from a large part of the Manchester United board with Sir Alex Ferguson and Richard Arnold still firmly behind the manager. However, the final decision rests solely at the hands of Joel Glazer.
Solskjaer is still very likely to remain the manager for the rest of the week but he has 3 games to turn his fortunes around. A loss in any of those games will be the final blow to the Norwegian.
United will face Tottenham Hotspur and Atalanta away from home before welcoming Manchester City back to Old Trafford.
